By providing your phone number to Stalwart Management during a phone call and verbally requesting a text message, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Stalwart Management at that number. AI-Assisted Receptionist and Call Recording

Stalwart Management uses an AI-assisted virtual receptionist to answer inbound calls. Calls to our customer service line may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by automated systems for service delivery, quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution. By continuing a call beyond the opening greeting, you acknowledge and consent to such recording and processing. If you do not wish to be recorded or interact with an AI system, you may end the call, send your inquiry by email to Residentsupport@stalwartmgt.com, or request to be connected with a live team member.

Relationship to Management Agreements

These Terms govern use of the Site and the customer service line. They do NOT constitute or replace any property management, community association management, or other written services agreement between Stalwart Management and a property, association, owner, or other client. Such services are governed solely by the executed services agreement between the parties. Nothing on the Site or via the customer service line constitutes an offer to enter into a management relationship, and no management relationship is formed until a separate written agreement is signed.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience or reference. We do not control or endorse the content on those websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or availability.

Limitation of Liability
